Furnace tubes

Tube, pipe, fittings and flanges

When furnace temperatures rise, standard low alloy grade tube may fall short, unable to withstand the harsh effects of hot corrosion, including oxidation, carburizing, sulfidation and nitridation. To address these challenges, we offer a wide range of seamless, high-temperature tubes suitable for use in furnace applications with temperatures between 500°C (932°F) and 1,250°C (2,280°F).

Our range includes a wide variety of austenitic stainless steels, nickel alloys and iron-chromium-aluminum (FeCrAl) alloys, specifically developed to perform in the most demanding environments and a variety of furnace types. In addition to furnaces, we provide muffle tube, kiln lances, and tube for recuperators. Our focus is on delivering optimized price-performance solutions tailored for your specific requirements

Serving a wide variety of industries

  • Petrochemicals
  • Iron, steel and metallurgical industries
  • Glass manufacturing
  • Utility plant boilers

Meeting new high-temperature challenges

At temperatures above 500°C (932°F), new types of corrosion emerge due to the presence of reactive gases, which shifts materials priorities. This demands a careful balance of key properties such as:

  • Creep strength (rather than just yield point)
  • Structural stability
  • Oxidation and corrosion resistance

Which tube is right for you?

Our team of materials experts is here to help you find the perfect solution by balancing performance characteristics to meet your exact needs.
